Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Susan brings more than ten years of combined RN and APRN clinical experience to compassionate, patient-centered primary care.
She is an autonomous practice APRN in Florida and is board-certified in family practice by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. At Collier Medical, she provides office-based primary care for adults and families, including preventive and wellness visits, routine sick visits, chronic condition management, medication review, and ongoing follow-up.
Office Manager & Front-Desk Coordinator
With ten years of experience in medical front-desk and office operations, Maggie helps keep each visit moving smoothly—from scheduling and registration to insurance questions, referrals, and prior authorizations. She is often one of the first friendly voices patients hear when they contact our office.
Medical Assistant & Phlebotomy Specialist
With over 13 years of experience in the medical field, Laura is a dedicated medical professional and phlebotomy specialist who works directly with patients throughout their visits. She takes pride in creating a comfortable, respectful, and positive experience through compassionate care, strong phlebotomy skills, and close attention to detail.

This medical office has served the Naples community since 2013. In January 2026, the practice began a new chapter under the ownership and clinical leadership of Susan Ngondo, MSN, APRN, FNP-C.
Since then, the office has been renovated and modernized to create a bright, comfortable, and welcoming environment while continuing to provide personalized primary care.
